Nassima Dzair is the founder and CEO of Norway-based InterBridge, an international social enterprise that activates the individuals’ potential by building capacity, developing leadership skills and inspiring people to be socially responsible.
Dzair’s career and passion has consisted in bridging the gap between sectors, cultures and individuals in order to create and implement solutions for more inclusive and sustainable societies. Empowering youth and women as catalysts of change has been her main focus.
She speaks five languages fluently, is a global citizen and is skilled with intercultural competence.
Her interdisciplinary background in peace, health and organization makes her a unique trainer, consultant and mentor.
She is a frequent speaker on social innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship and has been featured in TedxOslo, TedxAlgiers, Licence to Lead by PWC, Female Business Innovation and Wikistage HEC Algiers.
Nassima Dzair holds a B.A. in Medicine from the University of Oslo and currently writes her M.A. thesis within the Double Master Program in Peace, Development, Security and International Conflict Transformation (University of Innsbruck, Austria) and Peace with a focus on Gender (UN University for Peace, Costa Rica).
