Founder, Moleque de Ideias
From Niterói, RJ, Brazil, Leila Pais de Miranda graduated in Industrial Engineering (UFRJ) and Systems Analysis (PUCRJ). She worked for 15 years with Professional Training for Industry (SENAIDN) and educational technology. In 1996, she created Moleque de ideas, a learning space for children, based on free choice, affection and creativity. Moleque de Ideas is also a software producer, a makerspace and a startups incubator. Leila coordinated collaborative projects with people from her close community and from coworking spaces of several countries. At the age of 58, she likes to go to work at Moleque de ideas every day.
