She is an expert in experience design combining elements of neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and human centered design to craft participatory conference experiences in the impact sector.
As founder and Executive Director of Conveners.org, Avary is dedicated to making the impact ecosystem easier to navigate. She started her career with HIP Investor – and has continued to align her work with the field of Impact Investing. Conveners.org is a 501(c)(3) social enterprise developing tools and services to support impact focused conveners and accelerators around the world.
